These terms govern your use of the Daily Quotes mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”) provided by Daily Quotes — TBD legal entity.
The Service
Daily Quotes delivers one quote each day, with optional favorites, streaks, reminders, and home- and lock-screen widgets. Using the app requires an account, and your favorites and history sync to it across your devices. The app is free and supported by advertising. It does not currently offer any paid subscription or in-app purchase.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Service;
- use the Service in any way that violates applicable law;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
Accounts
Using Daily Quotes requires an account, created with Google, Apple, or email. You are responsible for the activity on your account, and you can delete it at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
Quotes
Quotes are curated and delivered through our own Daily Quotes service and remain the work of their respective authors. They are provided for personal inspiration and may occasionally be unavailable or inaccurate.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Quotes — TBD legal entity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app and on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
