Daily Quotes is operated by Daily Quotes — TBD legal entity (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the Daily Quotes mobile app and this website collect, why, and who it is shared with.

Your content

Your favorites, your streak and open history, and your preferences (theme, language, reminder time) are stored on your device and synced to your account through Firebase (a Google service), so they appear on every device where you sign in to Daily Quotes. The day’s quote is cached on your device so the app works offline.

Account data

Daily Quotes requires an account to use. We use Firebase Authentication to store your email address and which method you used — Google, Apple, or email/password. We use this to recognise you and to sync your content across your devices.

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used in aggregate — for example app opens, quote views, favorites added or removed, shares, and streak milestones reached.

• On iPhone and iPad, analytics is off unless you allow tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• In the EU/EEA, we ask for your consent (via Google’s consent form) before analytics runs. If you decline, analytics stays off.
• Because the app uses an account, analytics events may be associated with your account identifier.

Advertising

The app is free and supported by ads shown through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads), including promotions for our own apps. Ads are subject to the same tracking consent as analytics: if you don’t allow tracking (iOS ATT) or don’t consent (EU), ads are non-personalised or not shown. Google may process device and advertising identifiers under its own policies.

Quote delivery

Each day the app requests one quote from our own Daily Quotes service, associated with your account so your daily history and favorites stay in sync across your devices.

Third parties we rely on

• Google — Firebase Authentication, Firebase (cloud sync of your content), Firebase Analytics, and AdMob
• Apple — Sign in with Apple (if you use it)

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use a crash-reporting SDK.

Your choices

• Tracking & ads. Change your tracking choice anytime in your device’s privacy settings.
• Local data. Sign out or uninstall the app to remove your content from a device.
• Account deletion. You can delete your account and everything synced to it at any time:

Daily Quotes is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
