Delete your account — Qwotly

You can delete your Qwotly account, your sign-in identity, and everything synced to it at any time.

Option 1 — In the app

Open Qwotly → Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm.

This removes:

• Your authentication identity (email and the Google/Apple linkage)
• Your favorites, streaks, and history synced to your account
• Your cloud-stored preferences

It does not automatically remove data still cached on a device you used. Sign out or uninstall the app to clear that too.

Option 2 — By email

If you can’t access the app, email support@qwotly.app from the address associated with your account. We’ll verify it’s you and complete the deletion within 14 days.

What we keep

Once deletion is complete, your synced content and sign-in identity are removed from our systems. We do not process any purchases, so there are no receipts to retain. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics that cannot be linked back to you after deletion may remain.
